Job Description :

• Senior Banking professional with extensive knowledge in either Lending, Payments or Retail banking with experience leading a consulting engagement

• Comprehensive understanding of Banking Industry Trends & Strategies across Retail, Commercial, Corporate Banking

• Demonstrated Business Analysis skills - working on projects in the banking domain.

• Design thinking and ability to work in fast paced and ambiguous situations

• Comprehensive understanding of requirement elicitation techniques -

• Comprehensive Knowledge of industry vertical or horizontal processes/issues

• Demonstration of Thought Leadership in a particular area of banking domain like Customer Onboarding/Lending/Cards & Payments

• Demonstrated independent development of solution offerings

• Strong understanding of technology trends with banking Industry & applicability for technologies like Cloud, Analytics, Data, IPA/RPA

• Strong understanding and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle including Agile methodology and Systems Analysis, Use Case Modelling etc.

• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills with a flair for writing documents & ability to present to various audiences.

• Displays high levels of personal maturity and ability to perform in an unstructured, ambiguous environment.

• Ability to advance & shoulder greater responsibilities.

• Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change

• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence to accomplish objectives

• Leadership experience in client facing situations.

• Displayed leadership or initiative in work or personal settings.

• Ability to groom team member for higher responsibilities
