About the role

As a Site Engineer at Binastra Land Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position requires you to apply your expertise in civil/structural engineering to ensure the seamless coordination and implementation of various construction activities on-site.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring and supervising construction work to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  2. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, to facilitate efficient project delivery
  3. Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documents to identify and resolve potential issues
  4. Conducting regular site inspections and providing detailed reports on the progress, quality, and any challenges encountered
  5. Assisting in the development and implementation of construction schedules, resource planning, and cost control measures
  6. Collaborating with the design team to provide technical solutions and support for design modifications, if required
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
