About the role

Khoon Associates' is seeking motivated Audit Associates to join our growing team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Audit Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our audit engagements and providing high-quality financial assurance services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Participating in the planning and execution of audit engagements across various industries
  • Conducting detailed financial reviews, substantive testing, and analytical procedures
  • Documenting audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with the audit team to identify and address potential issues or risks
  • Maintaining accurate and complete audit working papers and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the audit team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in audit or assurance services, preferably in the public accounting industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of audit software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations
