Responsibilities

  • You must oversee support of all Network elements in the organization including LAN & WAN links.
  • You are expected to provide support, BAU (day to day) network operations and implementation of new hardware and software for any new Network implementations.
  • You must be capable of performing troubleshooting analysis on network related issues.
  • You must document network problems and resolution for future reference.
  • You should be able to monitor system performance and implements performance tuning for the related technologies.
  • You are required to have a thorough knowledge of networking essentials.
    • You must perform patches on network devices
  • You must be able to provide Level 2 and above support.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have 7+ years of experience managing cloud network security and related cloud security operations.
  • Preferably has worked as a Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network (LAN/WAN and Firewall) Support.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE. PMP & ITIL are good to have.
  • Having hands on experience with Cisco Systems (Catalyst, Nexus & Unified Communications), Firewall Setup & Admin (ASA, Checkpoint, PIX). Avaya, Nortel PABX exposure is a plus.
  • Have experience and knowledge on Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS/CoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS, VPN, and SIP.
  • Have experience implementing cloud security controls and frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO
  • Proven experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments with hands-on work in cloud network security controls.
  • Have experience in supporting Microsoft 365 security projects, especially related to secure network access and data protection.
