Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Create and update workflows
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
  • In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Keep record of problems and customers solution
  • Follow-up with customers
  • Reporting base on projects

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Priority to fresh graduates who have not joined SL1M / PROTEGE Program before
