About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Crew to join our vibrant hospitality team located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a full-time member of our restaurant crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting with food preparation, including assembling and garnishing dishes
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Providing prompt and attentive table service, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders
  • Handling cash and processing payments accurately
  • Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner
