**Service Crew Job Description**:

- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
- Take orders and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant standards
- To handle customers inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner & monitor customer satisfaction
- To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the restaurant's products to the customers
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to junior staff with various tasks
- To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all time

**Job Requirements**:

- Applicant must be passionate in food and beverage as well as taking care of customers
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on rotation shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Location: Plaza Arkadia
- Able to transfer working location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
