About the role

Seeking a passionate and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MBC management services' restaurant in the vibrant Bukit Bintang neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing and scheduling staff, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
  • Liaising with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and timely service
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed
  • Providing training and guidance to restaurant staff to continually improve service quality
  • Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies and procedures
  • Generating sales reports and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar customer-facing position in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various situations effectively
  • Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and experience in implementing them
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience
