We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Si Ha Mala Enterprise' in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Non-Halal Restaurant.
  • Preferably Mandarin Speaker.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and directing the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel
  • Ensuring all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service
  • Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistent standards
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and responsive manner
  • Coordinating staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  • Assisting with inventory management and cost control measures
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Providing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
