What you'll be doing?
  • Lead Brand Messaging: Develop and refine brand messaging that resonates with the company's positioning, values, and visual identity.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for websites, campaigns, social media, packaging, emails, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Brand Voice Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive brand voice and messaging guide for use across departments and platforms.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop concepts and campaigns that deliver impactful brand experiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to inform messaging strategies and ensure relevance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and refine messaging approaches based on data and feedback.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends in branding, copywriting, and digital marketing to continuously elevate the brand's communication standards.
  • Team Management: Mentor and guide junior copywriters or freelancers to maintain brand standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of copywriting experience with strong writing portfolio
  • Portfolio Essential: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your written work across various formats and industries
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to performance analysis and messaging optimization
  • Brand Strategy Expertise: Deep understanding of brand strategy, voice development, and brand positioning
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively across teams to achieve both brand and marketing objectives
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
