The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) systems and solutions to commercial, industrial, and building projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring successful project execution from sales to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell CAC products such as VRV/VRF, chiller, AHU, FCU, and other commercial HVAC systems.
  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in the HVAC commercial market.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and developers to specify CAC products in project designs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, service, procurement) to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Follow up on project progress from quotation to order confirmation, delivery, and project handover.
  • Achieve assigned CAC sales targets and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HVAC or M&E project sales (preferably CAC products).
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and design applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess valid driving license and willing to travel for project meetings or site visits.
