Your New Role -

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Accurately log and manage infrastructure-related incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Change Control: Ensure all production service changes follow established change control workflows.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance and provide recommendations to enhance infrastructure and software efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution & Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and resolve system defects and enhancement requests.
  • Project Involvement: Collaborate across teams and contribute to multiple concurrent cloud infrastructure projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed -

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure implementation and support, including servers, networking, security, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Huawei Cloud, Cloud Alpha Edge, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of cloud virtualization and networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption, and network security.
  • Experience in performance tuning (load balancing, caching, database optimization).
  • Preferred certifications: Huawei Cloud ICT Associate (HCIA) and Azure Administrator Associate.
