At Jungle House, we're passionate about sharing the goodness of pure honey and creating memorable in-store experiences. We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Retail Brand Sales Executive to represent our brand, engage with customers, and drive retail sales growth.

What You'll Do:

1) Provide nutritional consultation and recommend the right honey products to customers.

2) Attend to customer inquiries professionally and assist in identifying and purchasing products.

3) Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.

4) Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

5) Support company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos.

6) Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

7) Work with the team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2) Recognized Degree in Nutrition or Food Science & Nutrition

2) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service in a retail or health food Company

3) Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and retail best practices.

4) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

5) A passion for promoting health and wellbeing

6) Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

1) Full-time position.

2) Able to work on retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
