Job Title: Despatch Cum Driver

Location : Taming Jaya, Balakong

Working Experience : Minimum 1-2 years

Employment Type : Full-time ( 8.15am - 4.45pm, Monday - Saturday )

Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,500

Job Summary:-

The Despatch Cum Driver is responsible for performing all company despatch duties, driving tasks, and supporting ad-hoc assignments from various departments and management. The role requires an individual who is polite, hardworking, and possesses a positive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Perform all despatch duties including sending documents, parcels, payments, and other essential items to designated locations.

2) Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly for staff transport, company errands, and operational needs.

3) Ensure timely delivery and collection of items as instructed by management or relevant departments.

4) Support all departments with ad-hoc requests and operational tasks as required.

5) Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of company vehicle(s).

6) Keep a log of despatch activities, vehicle mileage, and service schedules.

7) Assist in general office or operational duties when necessary.

8) Follow all traffic rules and company safety procedures at all times.

Job Requirements:-

1) Possess valid Driving License Class B2, D & GDL.

2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in despatch or driving roles (advantage).

3) Polite, well mannered and good communication.

4) Good attitude, hardworking, responsible, and sincere.

5) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6) Familiar with local routes and able to manage time efficiently.

7) Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate loading/unloading tasks.

Additional Information:-

1) Must be willing to perform ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

2) Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.
