Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship Trainee - Accounting. The position is based in Bandar Baru Bangi. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, recording journal entries, utilizing accounting software for data management, and supporting financial audits. Additionally, you may perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned to further develop your skills and gain practical experience.

Qualifications

  • Assist in data entry of daily sales, purchases, and expenses into the accounting system
  • Support preparation and maintenance of accounting records such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
  • Perform basic bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Support filing, documentation, and organization of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in stock-related records, cost tracking, and expense analysis
  • Support month-end closing activities under supervision
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the finance team
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, on-site setting
