Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting management in strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Perform banking transactions, review of supporting documents for payment processing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting trends and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
  • Support management with financial insights for business decision-making.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years above of working experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero SQL, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
