Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Recruiter (Shift) at HRWORK. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the recruitment process, which includes identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and communicating with hiring managers. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to craft effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Maintaining organized candidate records and staying updated on industry trends will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and relationship building with potential hires
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online platforms
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven hiring decisions
  • Understanding of employment laws, industry hiring trends, and recruitment best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in shift-based recruitment is advantageous
