**Job Title: RECRUITMENT MANAGER**
**Job Level**: Managerial
**Department**: Operations Department - HR
**Rate**: RM 7,000 to 8,000

**Location**: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Working days**: 5 days a week

**Overall Job Objectives**:
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for all levels of positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, external agencies, and government authorities to ensure smooth recruitment and immigration processes.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Act as the primary liaison with relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or other regulatory bodies, for all pass-related matters.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years of experience handling EP, pass processing, or immigration-related tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Pass and other work pass regulations and processes in Malaysia.
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
- Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Build a talent pool for both immediate and future hiring needs, reducing dependency on external agencies.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
- Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while maintaining quality.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, immigration regulations, and internal policies.
