Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and neatly presented.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, and arranging stock.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist in stock counts, replenishment, and store opening/closing duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service targets.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or multi-store environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
