iFAST Design Team is responsible for the design of all iFAST products across web and mobile. Our mission is to push the iFAST experience beyond what's expected by crafting designs that make our clients happy and measurably move the business forward.

The Design Team cultivates the relationship between iFAST and our users. We advocate for our users' needs throughout their journey with iFAST, particularly the stocks/bonds/funds/ETFs investment experience.

The iFAST Design Team is dedicated to refining our design system and enhancing the overall user experience across iFAST's digital ecosystem. Our mission is to create cohesive and engaging experiences across our web and mobile applications that not only meet business needs but also delight our users.

This internship will focus on supporting the evolution of iFAST's design system and assisting with project enhancements. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to our design framework while ensuring visual and functional consistency across all iFAST touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining the iFAST design language system on Figma.
  • Ensure UI components for consistent use across web and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement design improvements that align with brand standards and the latest trends.
  • Work with the team to review and refine design components that support our evolving product features.
  • Assist in designing UI/UX mockups for ongoing project enhancements when required.
  • Contribute ideas to optimise user flows, component usability, and design standards.
  • Apply the principles of user-centered design through rapid prototyping and iterative testing.

Requirements:

  • Solid UI/UX portfolio of visual and interaction design work.
  • Passion about the space: You love the world of design and are always keeping on top of the most recent design and usability improvements.
  • Can-do attitude: Will go the extra mile to launch the best possible design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related design field, or equivalent experience.
  • Available for a duration of 6 months.
