Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their event requirements;
  • Working with colleagues to devise an event campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
  • Presenting alongside colleagues(operation manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
  • Liaising with supplier by maintaining regular contact,
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively;
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; handling budgets, managing campaign costs and Invoicing clients; writing client reports;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns(might need to travel to monitor campaign);
  • Undertaking administration tasks; arranging and attending meetings;
  • Making 'pitches', along with other operation manager, to try to win new business for the agency.

  • A passion for event and an understanding of what makes a good road show;
  • Willingness to learn;

  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the activation event/advertising field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Event Planning or equivalent.
