We are looking for a Spares Management (Supply Chain) Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the support the Spare Parts team in managing order processing, shipping coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Impact You Will Make

  • To assist Spare Parts Officer to process customers' & intercompany transfer orders and arrange for shipment of orders.
  • To assist Spare Parts Officer to manage the administrative task like printing of shipping documents, preparation of airway bill, validation of customers' PO vs shipping documents, liaise with warehouse personnel on the shipping documents and shipment process; verification on proof of delivery and filing.
  • To undertake additional tasks and duties, other than sales related, assigned by the Department and/or Company.
  • Any other duties not listed herein could be assisted by the Department Supervisor or HOD from time to time

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Internship starting February 2026 onwards, with a minimum duration of 3 months or longer.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
