Job Description

  • Assist in daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and civil works.
  • Perform general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing tasks according to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and carry out hands-on repair works promptly for any issues related to building structure or systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and report any abnormalities or unsafe conditions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on repair or maintenance works when required.
  • Provide assistance during festive seasons, event setups, and marketing displays or decorations.
  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
  • To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.
  • To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.
  • All employees are required to adhere to the company's safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, SPM with recognized trade qualification, or equivalent TVET certification.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Possesses strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and knowledge of relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and local standards.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Able to work on shift
