As a Malaysia Hub Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering large-scale projects and programs. Your role will involve risk management, strategic direction, and stakeholder alignment to ensure project success. You will scale up the country's resources across Avanade Practices with diversified Microsoft Solutions, mentor team members, manage supplier relationships, and drive business value through effective solution planning.

Skills And Experiences

• Min 12 years total working experience, preferably in Technology Consulting
• Experience in Contributing of the growth of Delivery / Innovation Hub, scaling resources +100 professionals across different Practices/Business Units
• Proven experience managing large, high-risk projects to achieve customer business goals, preferably in Systems Integration and Technology Consulting.
• Would be great if you may have
• Technology Versatile – Cloud/Cybersecurity/Data-AI/CRM/ERP/Infra etc
• Has Experience of Onshore/Offshore management
• Experienced Handson & as a Core delivery professional
• Has managed a decent Deal Size of IT Projects
• Good sense on managing conversations of Contracts/Deals with Clients and along with Internal Relevant Stakeholders
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite level customers.
• Advanced financial management understanding as related to projects and programs.
• Proficiency in managing risk effectively.
• Deep understanding and application of various delivery methodologies.
• Good sense of working in System Implementation environment

• Establish a Digital / Innovation Hub in Malaysia serving APAC region.
• Deliver client-centric value by leveraging Microsoft technologies and AI-driven innovation.
• Build industry-specific solutions via a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Dynamics 365 and AI.
• Scale to 100+ professionals with deep technical expertise and business consulting capability across Avanade Practices in Malaysia serving APAC region.
• Lead diversified projects within Microsoft Solutions, namely Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, Microsoft Power Platforms, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Azure Data & AI, Generative AI/Machine Learning, Azure Cloud, Applications & Infra, Cybersecurity among others across APAC.
• Lead large and complex project teams and programs, focused on Avanade direct opportunities
• Evaluate partners, optimize team contributions, and align with business objectives.
• Engage in sales pursuits, exploring opportunities through customer dialogue.
• Foster growth through Solution Area channel development and partnerships.
• Oversee Project Work Plans, approve estimates, and ensure alignment of resources.
• Manage risks, gain senior management support, and address stakeholder goals.
• Provide strategic direction for change management and own project integration.
