As a Product Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle- from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and providing after-sales support- while using your expertise to strengthen client trust, achieve ambitious targets .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned areas or territories.
- Provide effective product knowledge to clients, ensuring solutions are aligned with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations.
Attributes Required Must-Have
Success in the role will require a combination of excellent communication, negotiation, leadership attribution and maintaining a positive, meaningful connections with others. Candidates should possess:
- Have at least a Diploma/ Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Medicine, Nursing, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong self-management skills in handling territory-based sales drive results.
- Motivated and ambitious with a strong enthusiasm for learning and pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales functions and business operations would be an advantage.
- Flexible with travel requirements including regional and occasional overnight trips.
- Valid driving licence and compliance with the company's driving record criteria are mandatory.
- Aspiring sales professionals, including fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 -RM4,500 per month.
- Incentive & Bonus: Quarterly performance Incentives + annual product Incentives (average RM3000-RM5,500 quarterly).
