Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Puchong for a Sales Support Executive. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team in daily activities, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Sales and order processing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as lead part of a team
  • Experience in the CCTV and ICT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
