Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for general tenancy administration, market survey, securing new tenants and supporting overall leasing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare Rental Proposal, TEF, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement
  • To call and follow up with Tenants on execution of Tenancy Agreement
  • To arrange Tenancy Agreement for stamping and conduct company search
  • To file all documents / correspondences from tenants on a weekly basis
  • To assist in typing reply to tenant correspondences.
  • To attend to tenant and customer complaints
  • To assist leasing in leasing enquiry
  • To update leasing report & tenants contact list
  • Control of empty unit keys movement and letter box key for tenants
  • To assist distribution of circulars when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or administrative work is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong administrative, filing, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
