Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Leasing located in Putrajaya. The Senior Executive - Leasing will be responsible for managing leasing operations, negotiating lease contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure high occupancy rates. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying potential tenants, and preparing leasing and marketing strategies. The Senior Executive will also handle leasing documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure prompt resolution of tenant concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lease Negotiation, Contract Management, Tenant Relations and New Business Development
  • Analytical skills including Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge in Commercial Property Leasing and Real Estate Management
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Work experience in a similar role within the retail industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
