Job Responsibilities:

1.     Support on regulatory compliance matters, particularly with NPRA and other authorities (e.g. MOH, MITI), including documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.

2.     Facilitate on intellectual property matters such as trademark and patent filings, renewals, and liaising with MyIPO and external IP consultants.

Provide support to HOD on other business advisory functions, including tax-related matters with relevant authorities, and assist with Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) applications and compliance.

4.     Manage stakeholder relationships by planning and implementing industry consultations and dialogues on business advisory matters, including regulatory, IP, tax, and immigration.

5.     Oversee project management and execution of special projects as delegated or required by the HOD.

Job Requirements:

1.     A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

–6 years of work experience, preferably in regulatory affairs and/or intellectual property (IP).

3.     Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

4.     Good knowledge of IP practices and experience with the regulatory landscape (especially in product registration) will be an added advantage.

5.     Basic understanding of advisory services, including areas such as regulatory, IP, tax, and immigration.

6.     Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.

7.     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and effective contribution.

  1. Willingness to be based in Putrajaya and travel as required.
