Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage daily accounts operational function, ie review payment voucher, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, interco confirmation, fixed asset register & bank reconciliation
  • To handle full set of monthly management accounts and ensure its timely submission for monthly & quarterly
  • To review daily cash flows position
  • Responsible to prepare budget and forecast
  • To prepare audit schedule for balance sheet and P&L items and draft financial statement
  • To prepare tax computations, deferred tax provision & government tax reporting in monthly basis
  • To manage /execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company
  • Assist on preparation consolidation reporting and analysis under IOI Retail
  • To prepare cost allocation to back charge to JMB and attend JMB's meeting whenever required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in accounting - costing, budgeting, forecasting, taxation
  • Possess own transport and able to work in IOI City Mall Putrajaya
  • Must have people management experience
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya
  • A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
