Key Role Functions and ResponsibilitiesUse of various sales methods (door -to -door, cold calling, presentations etc) to generate new sales for GPS trackers, Asset Trackers and Dashcams;Develop and evaluate new sales strategies and models to bring in new -to -group business;Effective evaluation of customers needs to build long -lasting customer relationships;Meet personal sales targets (can share during 1st stage);Attendance of meetings, sales events and client training of award -winning backend system;Strong pipeline management/prioritization to feed senior management with monthly quota estimationsManagement of personal client database on Salesforce;Provide customer feedback to senior leadership to investigate potential future developments and challenges to overcome;Coordinating sales efforts with other departments to ensure stock availability and operational effectivenessMonitoring competitors and provide constructive criticism to ensure Radius continues to lead the way in cutting edge technology;Strong negotiations with clients and ensure a win -win attitude for margin and profitability purposesKeep on track and share market conditions, trends and opportunities to maximise sales reach.
