Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote educational programs, courses, and institutional initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor positioning, and enrollment trends.
  • Content & Campaign Development
  • Create compelling content for student recruitment across digital channels (social media, email, blogs, websites).
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, Edu-specific platforms) and optimize performance.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor analytics to track engagement and campaign success.
  • Events & Outreach
  • Coordinate webinars, open houses, school visits, and community events.
  • Support partnerships with schools, organizations, and education influencers.
  • CRM & Lead Management
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, nurture prospective students, and measure conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to improve inquiry-to-enrollment processes.
  • Branding & Communication
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels and campaigns.
  • Create student success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (education industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
