  • Perform a full range of Quantity Surveyor activities, including tender preparation, estimation, quantities take-off, and claim preparation.
  • To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
  • To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
  • Develop and manage tender documents, tender reports, quotation costing, and contract documents.
  • To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.
  • To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and ensure that all variation orders are properly recorded and claimed.
  • Attend site meetings as required by management.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and management.
  • Good management of overall QS operation
  • Vacancies available in KL, Johor and Genting Highland projects.
