Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mandarin and English - Digital Marketing Sales Specialist, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Marketing Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries, translating content, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include training team members and maintaining effective communication with clients to fulfill their marketing needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for teaching, translating, and communication
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in training and development
  • Digital marketing sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
