About The Role
A creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement. Join our dynamic team to optimize digital channels, analyze performance, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising. ● Create engaging content (ads, emails, social posts) aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads & Google Analytics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms
  • Strong SEO/SEM skills and experience with CMS tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
