Job Description

  • Check and prepare requests by Developers for withdrawal of monies from HDA or Project account.  All withdrawal must comply with the Housing Development Act (HDA Act).

  • To perform call back confirmation to Developers (those enrolled MEIL) and liaison with ARM or Developer should any discrepancies in the documents detected.

  • Seek advice from the Housing Ministry's officer as and when need arises and record the findings in the register. To attach the email advice/confirmation of conversation in the register.

  • To prepare and complete the Bridging Loan (BL) Master for all new projects and update revised term and conditions.

  • Check and prepare the instruction to Loan Operations on the progressive drawdown of Bridging Loan facilities after complying with all drawdown Terms and Conditions. To also ensure site visit has been conducted with a site visit report and is still under validity period of 3 (three) months before allowing drawdown of Bridging Loan.

  • Check and prepare Standard Instruction Memo (SIM) to Loan Operations on instalment repayment/principal prepayments for Bridging Loan.

  • Check and prepare Standard Instruction Memo (SIM) to Loan Operations and Branch Operations for change in Loan Terms & Conditions, FD Upliftment/Placement etc.

  • Maintain earmark placement and removal in system as requested by ARM, which concurred and approved by ARM TL.

  • To update the register log for all complete & rejected cases for management reporting, ensure the correspondences stored in the share folder for future reference and lastly to archive the documents.

  • Close collaboration with business units, back office, and developers to support exceptional scenarios or new initiatives/projects

Job Requirements

  • At least with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry

  • Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Requires good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to interact skilfully with business partners and associates.

  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

  • The ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
