Job Details:
Ø Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
Ø Assist physicians during medical procedures according to respective aesthetic protocols.
Ø Provide medical aesthetic care to clients (e.g.: facial wash, therapists, etc.)
Ø Responding to customer questions and complaints.
Ø Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining
how the products work.
Ø Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
Ø Planning and taking part in in-store events.
Ø Handling door-to-door sales and meeting quotas and objectives.
Job Requirements:
Ø Possess a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Ø Good proficiency in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type).
Ø Basic English and Malay are acceptable (Speak).
Ø Minimum with an SPM qualification.
Ø A passion, friendly personality, and professional appearance for the beauty industry.
Ø Must be punctual upon customers' appointments.
Job Salary:
Ø RM 2,000 (Junior), RM 2,300 – 2,800 (Senior) - Open for discussion
Ø Commission (Based on monthly performance and it's reimbursed every month)
Ø Candidates with average or above performance can earn a monthly income ranging from
RM 3,000 (Junior), RM 3,500 to RM 5,000 (Senior).
