Job Details:

  • Consult with clients to assess their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
  • Assist physicians during medical procedures in accordance with aesthetic protocols.
  • Provide medical aesthetic services to clients (e.g., facial cleansing, therapy treatments, etc.).
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Recommend suitable products based on clients' needs, preferences, and budget, and explain how each product works.
  • Process sales transactions, handle returns, and maintain an accurate and balanced cash register.
  • Plan and participate in in-store events.
  • Perform door-to-door sales and achieve assigned quotas and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and typing).
  • Basic English and Malay proficiency is acceptable (speaking).
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Passionate, friendly, with a professional appearance suitable for the beauty industry.
  • Must be punctual for customer appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
