Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures.
  • Develop and maintain safety standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Lead investigations of workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and summaries for internal review and learning purposes.
  • Create and deliver safety-related training and educational materials to employees.
  • Perform regular safety inspections of the workplace to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Draft and distribute safety-related memorandums to communicate policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Manage purchase requests for safety equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
  • Conduct safety audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, documentation, and reports for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a tertiary education (Bachelor) preferably in OSH/Environment or any relevant courses.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Added value if have professional certificate/competency (SHO, OSH-C, SW Handler.)
  • 1-3 years in logistics specialize in Transportation or Warehouse will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Good MS Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of people to achieve cultural change.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah.
