Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing, verification, and control of supplier invoices.
- Handle e-invoicing submission and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports and statements as required.
- Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters when necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.
Requirements:
- Possess basic accounting knowledge (certificates/diploma in Accounting or related fields preferred).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Applicants must possess own transport.
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
