Job Description- Transit Quality (Engineering) Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To collect and analyse defect data from Pre-delivery Inspection.
  2. Perform Defect summary based on PDI data.
  3. To support superior handling customer complaint from aftermarket team.
  4. Monitor PDI performance related with DPU, FTT and EXOK Rate.

Additional Requirement

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and power point.

Basic knowledge with Pivot & VLOOKUP will be advantage.

Fundamental with internal combustion engine and automotive parts.

Keen with automotive and manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
