Quality Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily in-process inspection and final quality checks on molded parts.
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and record production parameters, defects, and inspection results.
  • Report and assist in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maintain product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS and company quality management systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in Quality Control, preferably in the injection molding industry.
  • Good knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Familiar with defect analysis and quality control processes.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
  • Willing to work in shifts (if required).
  • Preferred candidate: Chinese-speaking
    to facilitate communication with production and management teams.
