IT Security

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, review and maintain IT policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Conduct IT risk assessments, monitor security events, and support incident investigations.
• Prepare, maintain and update compliance documentation, audit records and technical system diagrams.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection, firewall configurations and backup security policies to safeguard data and systems.
• Lead and support cybersecurity incident response, including containment, investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Promote staff awareness on IT security and compliance, fostering a culture of accountability and safe cybersecurity practices across the organization.
• Monitor, maintain and optimize the performance, reliability and security of IT infrastructure components.
• Perform any other related duties as and when required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, cybersecurity or infrastructure operations.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools and frameworks including firewalls, risk management, incident response, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization and networking (e.g; Cisco, Fortinet).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with users at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to travel or provide support after office hours when required.
