Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Engineer (Rotating) to manage the performance, integrity, and reliability of rotating equipment within our petrochemical operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to implement structured maintenance strategies using the PDCA methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the PDCA cycle for rotating equipment and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
  • Perform equipment integrity assessments and identify potential failure risks.
  • Conduct reliability analysis, trending, and performance evaluation.
  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and improvement action plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to enhance equipment health and reduce downtime.
  • Recommend improvements to increase equipment lifespan and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–10 years' experience in power plant / oil & gas / petrochemical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, reliability analysis, and equipment integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance of rotating/mechanical equipment.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
  • Familiar with PDCA methodology and engineering best practices.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
