Your Role

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of nursing care for our residents. You will guide junior nurses, liaise with doctors and therapists, and uphold the warm, professional culture that makes Mintygreen unique.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.


• Conduct assessments, administer medication, and manage treatment plans.


• Lead and mentor junior nursing and caregiving staff.


• Monitor residents' health conditions and communicate with families and doctors.


• Maintain accurate nursing records and participate in case reviews.


• Support a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented environment.

Requirements


• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (recognized by MNB).


• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).


• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (elderly care experience preferred).


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


• Passionate about elderly care and rehabilitation.
