A reputable IT services firm based in Kuala Lumpur, established in 2012, providing consulting, software development, and systems integration. It specializes in custom web and mobile applications, API development, data analytics, and workflow automation for industries like healthcare, telecom, and utilities. The company promotes a culture of openness, trust, and innovation.

They are seeking an experienced IT Integration Architect to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand integration requirements, provide accurate estimates, and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in designing integration architectures, implementing cloud-based solutions, and driving automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions using Azure technologies (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions) ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Develop and maintain integration standards, patterns, and API contracts for seamless system integration
  • Collaborate with technical architects, domain leads, and business stakeholders to define integration architecture artifacts and align with business goals
  • Contribute to integration strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Coordinate with data users to improve integration processes and lead documentation of data models
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, influence change, and assess risks in design decisions, providing mitigations for effective delivery within budget constraints

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years in architecture or domain lead roles
  • Strong background in solution design and API-led integration across multi-system environments
  • Skilled in creating intuitive APIs and establishing integration standards for reusability
  • Hands-on experience with Azure integration tools: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory, Event Grid, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with system design methodologies and development best practices

Education & Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of architecture best practices, SDLC, ITIL, and security standards
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies (Dynamics, SQL Server, Office 365, SharePoint) and infrastructure concepts
