As an internship host, the hotel provides students with hands-on exposure to real hotel operations, including:

* Front Office & Guest Relations

* Food & Beverage Service & Culinary Operations

* Events, MICE & Banquet Operations

* Sales & Marketing

* Housekeeping & Support Services

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas:

• Front Office: Guest registration, handling inquiries (email/phone/OTA), keycard distribution, room occupancy awareness, and general admin.
• Food & Beverage (F&B): Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, maintaining service standards, and potentially assisting with stock.
• Event Operations: Manpower coordination, on-site support (guest management, ushering), logistics, and troubleshooting during events.
• Sales & Marketing: Assisting with client inquiries, preparing proposals, data entry, coordinating with operations, and market research.
• Housekeeping: Cleaning public areas, guest rooms, and ensuring maintenance standards.

What You'll Gain:
