Responsibilities:

●Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation.

● Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.

●Engage with customers to recommend drinks, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.

● Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accuracy during transactions.

● Keep the coffee bar clean and organised, including all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.

● Restock and maintain inventory levels for coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

● Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee bar, cleaning, and securing the area.

●Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring all food and drink preparation follows guidelines.

●Continuously learn and adapt to new coffee brewing techniques, trends, and equipment.

●Maintain positive team collaboration, supporting colleagues when needed.

●Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.

● Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader

Requirements:

● No experience is encouraged to apply because training will be provided

● Maintain a clean work environment

● Strong customer service and communication skills

● Able to multi-task when required

● Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages

● Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
