  • Act as the delegate of the Senior QA Manager for all QA/QC functions.
  • Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's quality management systems.
  • Ensure all products comply with quality and food safety standards, including internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Quality Control operations and Laboratory functions, ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and compliance with standards.
  • Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality or food safety issues.
  • Support audits (internal, customer, and external) and ensure the plant maintains certification readiness.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong background and hands-on knowledge in Quality Management, QA/QC operations, and food-related manufacturing processes.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems, including HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and FSSC Food Safety System Certification).
  • Experience in handling audits, documentation, and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
