Job Scope & Responsibilities:

__1. __Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Gather and analyze data to support business strategies.

__2. __Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Support in contacting potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn.

__3. __Sales & Proposal Support

  • Prepare presentation slides, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Assist in drafting business correspondences.

__4. __Relationship Management

  • Help maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Follow up on client feedback and inquiries.

__5. __Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel).
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on business development activities.

__6. __Event & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, campaigns, or meetings.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
